Education:

Suggests topics and speakers for two educational events annually. Surveys the WIN membership post-event feedback. Creates marketing materials for emails, social media, and the website per specs and distributes them to the membership or the tech committee as appropriate. 

External Events:

Heads up on participation in community events that promote member businesses, the spring Speed Networking Event and another big outreach event in the summer/fall

Internal Events:

Coordinates member social events (Spring & Holiday breakfasts)and internal programming, including breakfasts, snacks

Membership:

Stimulates interest among potential new members, responds to inquiries from potential members, works with new members on onboarding, keeps members engaged, and assists the chair(s). Schedules and oversees Sign-Up Genius for speaker spots.

Technology Committee:
Role: The Chair updates the website with new/resigned members, events, and speaking schedule; posts pictures of speakers and events; creates events on social media; oversees WINcomunicates email; ensures items are stored in this drive.  Committee members take photos at meetings and events.
